Join us for an intimate Autumn Equinox Sweatlodge Ceremony as we honor the turning of the seasons and the balance between light and darkness.
Through prayer, ceremony, heat, steam, and quiet reflection, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with our bodies and intentions, and welcome the grounding energy of autumn.
Come prepared to slow down, listen inward, and share in a respectful, heart-centered community experience.
Please bring water, a towel, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. Additional preparation details will be shared upon registration.
